The world is constantly changing, and the international relations are complicated. Russia and Japan’s position in the international community should not be underestimated, and for China also has a very important strategic significance, so China should pay close attention to the development of two countries and give enough attention to two countries’ diplomatic activities."Russian-Japanese Joint Statement" was signed jointly by the Russian Federation and the Government of Japan, belongs to foreign diplomatic text.
