The Study Towards College Students’ Types Interaction And Problems Formulation On The Perspective Of Achievement Motivation And Sense Of Humor

The study start from textual analysis and prophase interview of college students, to understand existing problems among their interactions, which form the basis of research into undergraduates’ interaction states. The study examines57undergraduates by using the theory of mind, conflict resolution, cooperation, sense of humor and the situation projection of achievement motivation. Then, according to participants’test reaction, distinguish their interaction states from3dimensions which including the theory of mind, conflict resolution and cooperation. What’s more, it helps to discuss the mental states of different interaction types as well as the mechanism in interaction problems formulation on the perspective of achievement motivation and sense of humor.The results of study point out that the interaction states of undergraduates can be divided into Good Interaction, Express Directly, Depression and Attack this4types. People belong to the Good Interaction type possess triple perspectives on the theory of mind, adopting communicate or comprehensive manners to solve interpersonal conflict, and show higher level of cooperative behaviors; Express Directly individuals have dual perspectives on the theory of mind, managing conflict by expressing directly, also show higher level of cooperative behaviors; The Depressions with only one perspective on the theory of mind, take Depression manner to solve conflict and show compliance to others cooperation behaviors; As for the Attack type who possess one theory of mind perspective, using quarrels, avoid conversation and some other ways to deal with conflict, and their cooperation behaviors seem compulsory.From the point of Achievement Motivation, Good Interaction and Express Directly types person tend to high task involvement, contrast to the Depressions who are likely to be low task involvement, at the last, Attack ones are apt to both high and low ego involvement. From the point of Humor Sense, Good Interaction person have double consciousness of humor; However, the type of Depression and Attack individuals can’t feel any humor, Depression ones incline to understand humor as self-accusation, while the Attacks think it’s be blamed; There is no unify tendency on understanding different situational humor among Express Directly individuals.As regards to the individual development tendency of different interaction types, the interaction states of Good Interaction type people will form a positive cycle system. Nevertheless the Depression and Attack type has to transform the development direction of their interaction states with the help of external force.
