With the rapid development of the whole society, the present rhythm of our city life is increasing gradually, which makes people in this situation become busier and pay less attention to the things about the self confirmation, self realization and self development. And all the things mentioned above result in the widespread anxiety of people ultimately. This article moved on to the analysis of the concept of "busy" and comprehensive and thorough discussed its inner meanings, practical representations and formative reasons in the research field of Marxist philosophy for the first time. Besides, reflecting the related thoughts of "busy" in the history of philosophy, explaining "busy" as an alienation phenomenon, analyzing the dialectical relations between "busy "and "leisure" and probing into Marx’s thoughts of "leisure", this article intended to find out a realistic way of the dilemma which people were in in the modern society and thoroughly explored how to establish and structure the system of solving these problems adjusted to human subjectivity, human value and human all-round development.
