| Beauty is closely related with the aesthetic activities of human evolution and development. Deepened with the depth of aesthetic study, by discussing the essence of beauty of the generalization of academia in the interdisciplinary discussion of aesthetics, discusses the theory of value aesthetics is starting from the theory of aesthetic. In2001, the United Nations education, scientific and cultural organization of experts on the question of "the value of the future" topics for discussion, this means that in the new century value problem has been a new field of vision, it is almost involved in all aspects of this age problem, such as science, ethics, beliefs, religion, culture, etc. To explore the relationship between the aesthetic value and aesthetic subject and object in aesthetic activity may be better able to make aesthetic value to really relate to our real life, and is no longer a boring academic words. On the one hand, this article obtains from the theory of value aesthetics, as the core of the theory of value aesthetics keywords-the meaning of aesthetic value, in order to reflect the aesthetic value in promoting people’s mental quality, humanities connotation an irreplaceable role. On the other hand, this article will base on the current social aesthetic values of aesthetic activities and aesthetic subject and object were analyzed, and the relationship between conception, namely the aesthetic value is the depth of the communication between aesthetic subject and object. Aesthetic value is a spiritual value, its function is to meet people from the combination of perceptual and rational aspects of the spiritual requirements, and it reflects the relationship between aesthetic subject and object is a physical reality. Therefore in the cultural reconstruction, we must pay attention to the role of aesthetic value.This thesis divided into three parts in this paper. Secondly from the aspects of aesthetic value theory field of vision, as below in this paper, the aesthetic value of reality do functional theory foreshadowing. At three points, one is to use value theory studies the possibility of aesthetics:in the previous paper on the basis of further analysis of the significance of aesthetics axiology; The second is the modern (German philosopher since late19th century early20th century) to the attention of the theory of value:to demonstrate the importance of the theory of value aesthetics from the German philosophy; Three is the marxist aesthetic theory of value:put forward the theory of value and aesthetic foundation of marxist philosophy in order to improve the academic of this article.The second part of this article elaborates on the aesthetic value and the relationship between aesthetic subject and object, is divided into four aspects is discussed. First, this paper discusses the aesthetic value of the attribute and concrete manifestation:from the aesthetic value of mediation and emotional awareness pleasure value attribute set out to study, further analysis of aesthetic value. Second, the paper expounds the relationship between aesthetic value and aesthetic subject, aesthetic feelings is the bridge connecting aesthetic value and aesthetic subject. Third, the relations between the aesthetic value and aesthetic object, aesthetic value is the inherent requirement of the aesthetic object of duality. Finally in front of the integration of content, on the basis of further demonstrate aesthetic value and aesthetic:the relationship between subject and object of aesthetic value is the depth of the aesthetic subject and aesthetic object. The last part discussed in this paper, the research significance, namely the cultural reconstruction the research significance of the aesthetic value and aesthetic relationship between subject and object, this part is the sublimation of the whole paper, expatiates its significance to prove that aesthetics is an esoteric subject, but also can be full of life breath, has a realistic function of the subject.Paper respectively from the theory of value and aesthetic value ontology, by discussing the occurrence of aesthetic value, attribute, the relationship between the aesthetic subject, aesthetic object and aesthetic value to discuss the aesthetic value has realistic function.
