| Juxian Guomenjian is an outstanding representative of paper cutting in Ju, which shows Ju’s ancient festival customs, and also carries the expectations of the local people for a better life. Mainly made by engraving the paper, Juxian Guomenjian is a kind of unique pape cutting art, also has bright color and simple shape, and its overall structure looks harmonious and beautiful, creating great historical, aesthetic, folk and economic values.Juxian Guomenjian is a kind of ancient craft, and there are also many records in ancient documents. But specialized research is extremely inadequate. In addition, with the development of the social economy and changes in lifestyle, the inheritance and development of the art of Juxian Guomenjian is not optimistic. Therefor, due to the lack of research and the inheritance difficulties faced by Juxian Guomenjian, I combed its historical development process, analyzed its characteristics and value, compared it with Yuxian Paper cutting, and brought forward two proposals——the protection of cultural ecology and Productive Protection, on the basis of field surveys.As a precious intangible cultural heritage, Juxian Guomenjian’protection requires the jointed efforts of the whole society. As an academic thesis, I hope this study can be helpful for the protection, inheritance and exploitation of Julian Guomenjian. |
