Under the background of economic globalization in the world, all the countriesand regions are linked together closely in the international trade. The traderelationship between Xinjiang and neighboring countries is closer and closer, whichstimulates the development of the international market in Xinjiang. The thesis isbased on the social linguistic theory as a guide and language use for research,selecting the enterprises and foreign customers in Xinjiang international trade centeras the research subjects, and meanwhile investigating120enterprises and90foreignmerchants for observing language performance and analyzing the languageconditions of two groups. This survey will enrich the social linguistic research andhas important methodology significance. At the same time, it also has abundantpractical significance for understanding the language conditions of the internationalmarket, truthfully reflecting the language life appearance of enterprise and theforeign merchants. It puts forward some thinking of the business language training,and provides references for training business Russian and Chinese.This research adopted the observation, questionnaire, deep interview methods. Thesurvey is divided into seven stages. The first stage is pre-investigation, which adoptsthe method of observation and makes a note. The second stage is designingquestionnaire, it designs respectively two kinds of questionnaires of the enterprisesand foreign businessmen and translates the questionnaire into Russian for foreignmerchants. The third stage is for the second pre-investigation, which madereasonable modifications of the questionnaire. The fourth stage made a questionnairesurvey for the enterprises, and had a deep interview according to the actual situation.The fifth stage made a questionnaire survey for the foreign merchants in trade centerwith deep interviews properly. The sixth stage is whole observation period whichselecting10foreign merchants to observe, adopting the intervention method ofobservation to observe each store a day and make detailed records. The seventh stageis to finish the questionnaire, using statistical methods and related software SPSS toanalysis the data.This study consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, it mainlyselected topic background, research design and the literature review. The second partexpounds the language conditions of the enterprises. The third part expounds thelanguage conditions of the foreign merchants. The fourth part is the thinking ofbusiness language training. The fifth part is the conclusion.Research conclusion:(1) the enterprises group in Xinjiang international trade center basically grasp the mandarin and have a higher recognition of it, consideringmandarin as the important communication tool. In terms of affinity, dialect stands thefirst, some members prefer dialect from the emotional perspective. Most membersthink the social influence of mandarin, English and Russian is bigger that they have astrong willingness to learn. For business Russian, most of the enterprises canhandle simple listening and speaking skills which can finish the communicationbasically.(2) the foreign merchants group use their mother language and Russianinteractively in their own country and mostly use Russian or partly use Russian andChinese interactively after being in Xinjiang. Members generally believed that thefirst language is more friendly and they like it more, and considered Russian is moreuseful for themselves. For foreign languages, they think English and Chinese have amuch bigger influence in society. For business Chinese, part of them receivedsystematic training and mastered the simple Chinese listening and speaking skills;while others mastered the simple Chinese listening and speaking skills gradually inthe trade.
