Abstract/Summary:
This study based on the reference of existing research results at home andabroad, in Chinese language achievement test as a research field, Using the corporaexamination method, questionnaire survey method, observation method, interviewmethod and so on social linguistics research methods, to Xinjiang College CentralAsia students groups for research object, investigation the groups currently Chineseoral results test of status, analysis effects its test of related factors, to test the presentteaching Chinese as a foreign language and test the pros and cons of gain and loss.This research is divided into four chapters. The opening chapter, the preface, wh-ich describes the motivation, target, value, approach and theoretical basis of the rese-arch. Additionally, a number of related researches are summarized. The second chap-ter begins an analysis on oral Chinese examination papers for Central Asian students,the analysis consists of two parts: examination papers and quality. The third chapterincludes a questionnaire survey of the current situation of oral Chinese examinationsfor Central Asian students. In the last chapter, some corresponding advices and sugg-ests are put forward in combination of the results of this research. The results show:(1)First and last, the overall situation of oral Chinese examination for CentralAsian students is fairly good. The examination is normative and orderly, bothexaminees and examiners are satisfied with it. However, there are some relatedaffairs need to be improved in the future.(2)The questions and forms of oral Chinese examination should be made trueto life and localized, basing on the levels of Central Asian students’competence inChinese.(3)There are some examinees who are not constant to examination regulationsand abide by grading system.(4)Central Asian students pay more attention to pronunciation and intonationwhile teachers attach more importance to grammar. Examinations on pronunciation,intonation and grammar are three primary difficulties for the students, especially forbeginners.(5)Both higher and lower Chinese levels of Central Asian students attachmuch more importance to oral communication ability owing to their ideal professionsrelating to commerce and tourism.(6)It is existing in all the examination points that examinees arrive late andfail to observe the regulations of examination. In addition, the inside layout ofexamination room is unreasonable.In the view of the results of this research, there are three corresponding advices:(1)Examinees should correct their attitude, study conscientiously, take aexamination without resort to cheating.(2) Examiners should set more reasonable, scientific and effective papers,basing on the quality of teaching. Moreover, they need to avoid arbitrariness inexaminations by self-improve.(3)Administrator should strengthen examination management, especiallyexamination regulations and the inside layout of an examination room.
