Oil painting,as kind of imported art,has enjoyed long development in china.After absorbingnecessary localized modifications,oil painting has become an important part in Chinese Art.Under thecricumstance of globalization and the rapid developing economic culture,the public’s attention on oilpainting has been effectively cultivated It has experienced the stages of classicism, Romanticism,realism, Impressionism, expressionism, cubism and abstract doctrine etc.. The technique and theteaching of western is a step by step at this stage. And China oil painting development road is leaping.Review Chinese oil painting development process, from the western direct descriptive study, then to80in the early1990s began to walk back to the study of Western classical painting, and by the age of90, China painting together over the western modernism painting stage, followed by westernpostmodernism step, like concept art, behavior art began to flourish in the China oilpainting..However,oil painting,after being imported to china,gained a development totally differentfrom that enjoyed a step-by-step development while the chinese oil painting had a lead-forwarddevelopment.As a result,this paper implements a dislocation analysis based on the majordevelopment progress of these two kinds of oil painting under different cultural backgrounds andanalyzes the current development situation of Chinese oil painting,in the hope of providinginspl/wiration to rapid developing Chinese Oil painting.
