Everything in the world has corresponding projection of the language, peopledivided things into different categories according to the practical productionexperience.It is refected in the language for the different word class.Forexample,verbs express process,adjectives usually means state,nouns expressthings,but language is used in the real life,it will appear the asymmetry.In theprocess of using language,verbs usually have the state of nouns,it is expressed thethings,and adjectives sometimes express the things or the nouns have the state ofadjectives.But in the actual use of language,often reffered to in part of speech withthe asymmetry of the meaning.Such as abstract noun can express behaviror、processor nature.It take some of the same significance that can be encoded asverbs,adjectives and nouns,contributine to the so-called synonymous and synonymbut different parts of speech.The synonymous word in the English often have differences in morphology.Forexample the verb:sell,tell is corresponding to the noun form of sale,tale.Thedifferences show some common charateristics.The main purpose of this paper is toexplore the differences that are reflected by some in common.This thesis based on “the Oxford advanced english-chinese dictionary”doublesolution system of all the relevant term analysis,found that these difference can besummarized into several main types:homologous synonymous verb and nounhomologous synonymous adjective and nounhomologous synonymous verb and adjectiveThen we can found that it exist the continum of form:verb<adjective<nouns...
