At present, the mental health education programs have become an important partof university curriculum system, it plays an essential role to enhance the students’comprehensive quality.The development and enhancement of teaching level must bebacked by a comprehensive and scientific evaluation system, college mental healtheducation curriculum has20years of construction history, it still lacks of acomprehensive set of feasible evaluation system, this study attempts to compensatefor this vacancy, also provides ideas and reference for subsequent researchers.This article can be roughly divided into five sections:The first part described the background, purpose, significance and researchmethods.Among them, the approaches to the study included literature analysis,interviewing method and questionnaire.The second part characterized and located the college mental health educationcurriculum and its evaluation system. Only accurate positioning of the curriculumand evaluation system and clarifying for the affection brought to health educationcurriculum evaluation by the ideology of evaluation can properly grasp theconstruction of the evaluation system from the guiding ideology.In the third part, the theoretical basis of Mental Health Education curriculumevaluation system were described. In the early stages of the evaluation system,foreign advanced evaluation model can help to expand our thought and enhance ourstandard of construction.Then in the basis of system theory and in the guidance ofpsychological thought we can build the evaluation system for mental health educationprograms.The fourth part described the concept, role, function, principles and evaluationsubject of the evaluation system.The philosophy, principles, and evaluation subjectare the conduct code of evaluation system when practicing, the definition of theseelements contributes to the scientific rationality of the evaluation process.The roleand function can define the scope of application of the evaluation system to ensure therationality of the application scope of the evaluation system.At the fifth part,the author did some theretical analysis,interview study,questionnaire surveys on this subject, and then on the theoretical analysis, in view ofthe problems existed in current college psychological health education,the author didsome work to add or delete index items and improve to get the final index system.At the sixth part, the author adopted delphi method twice to sendquestionnaires to investigators, then got the weights of each indes. At the sametime,the author described the standards of evaluation system.At the seventh part,we got the college psychological health education evaluationsystem.Part eight analyzed the inadequacies and innovation of this paper and proposedsome expectation to the theory construction and practice of the evaluation system.
