Chinese herbal medicine are almost terrestrial plant,The study on common produntive technique of aquatic plants are seldom seen because of their exclusive survivable environment and finite resource. As the representative of aquatic plants,Rhizoma Alismatis has abundant starch and protein,so that is easy to become mildwed and bitten by insect.There are no report on systematic study of the dynamic change regularity of Rhizoma Alismatis’s active principle and new technique for storge.The research works on the common technique on manufacture and circulate of Rhizoma Alismatis,aimed to determine eligible biogeocoenosis and collection period,further more to reveal the dynamic change regularity of Rhizoma Alismatis’s active principle and produce reasonable and standard processing and scientific technique for storage.The construction of Standard Operating Procedure for Rhizoma Alismatis’s collection and storage are the destination of the subject.The research work are divided into seven parts,including the following:1.Textual research and literature review.Summing up research literature on Rhizoma Alismatis study and application of modern progress.2.Investigation into places of production.We had an interview with Fujian,Jiangxi and Sichuan.Carried research on its habitat,cultivation, collection and storage.3..Dynamic testing the effective composition in Rhizoma Alismatis during collecting period from three places of produce.We authenticate the rationality of orthodox collecting period.Two essential component have different accumulative regularity, content of alisol A monoacetate degrades at first and steps up after that, content of alisol B monoacetate steps up at first and degrades after that.Dynamic comparison and study on HPLC finger print of Rhizoma Alismatis during collecting period from Sichuan. We work on the calculation of semblance and then get their common mode.The results show that finger print of collecting period has altus semblance,semblance,overlapping rate and cluster analysis suggest that effective constituent are building up quickly and stability during collecting period.4.Testing moisture in Rhizoma Alismatis.The results suggests that water content was different in Rhizoma Alismatis from three places of production.Rhizoma Alismatis from Jiangxi has the most water content,which from Sichuan has less,which from Fujian has least water content.Dynamic testing effective composition in Rhizoma Alismatis during storge period from three places of produce. We estimate the quality of Rhizoma Alismatis under different storge methods and wrappage.The research shows that the quality of Rhizoma Alismatis storge with CORTEX MOUTAN is the best,hermetic packaged is better and Rhizoma Alismatis without package are of poor quality.Dynamic comparison and study on HPLC finger print of Rhizoma Alismatis during storge period from Sichuan. The semblance of storge period is lower.The results show quality of Rhizoma Alismatis during first three months storge has tiny change,their finger prints are classified into one group,but the quality changes obviously at sixth month.5.Comparison and study the ethereal composition in Rhizoma Alismatis through GC-MS.We get the ethereal composition through headspace extraction,water vapor distillation and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction.The results review that the ethereal composition in Rhizoma Alismatis are mainly triterpenoids,such as Beta-caryophyllene andδ-Elemene.Headspace extraction and water vapor distillation can be used in the study of ethereal composition in Rhizoma Alismatis,but supercritical carbon dioxide extraction should not be used because it extracted lesser ethereal composition.6.To establish Standard Operating Procedure for Rhizoma Alismatis’s collection and storage. The regulations are constituted of normalization growth of Rhizoma Alismatis,eligible biogeocoenosis, rational collecting period and method, scientific storage method and research of effective composition.
