2,5-diphenyl furan、thiophene and pyrrole derivatives belong to NMR-molecule probe of stilbene,which was employed in clinical use, play very important role in taking precautions against cancers and checking, tracking Alzheimer’s and other cancers.In order to find novel stilbene compounds and explore the relationship between structure and biological activity,a series of 2,5-diphenyl furan、thiophene and pyrrole derivatives were synthesized.In this paper,we choose substituted acetophenones as the raw materials,through aldol condensation and Paal-Knorr reaction to obtain the final compounds.Fifteen new compounds were reported for the first time.The structure of all the compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR and IR.The synthesis improvement of aldol condensation and Paal-Knorr reaction was carried out.
