The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Yishenantai Decoction For The Treatment Of The Early Threatened Abortion With Kidney Dificiency

Object:The terms TAI LOU,TAI DONG BU AN refer to the threatened abortion（TA）. They are common diseases in the specialty of obstectrics and gynecology. Abortion,especially habitual abortion,not only injure the women’s mind and body health,even may cause a series of family problem and bring unsteady factor for the society.Therefor,looking for a kind of useful method that can prevent women from the threatened abortion have the actively clinical means.By systemic and precise clinical observation and research,doing our best to observe the therapeutic effect of the Yishenantai Decoction for the early threatened abortion,and to explore the mechanism.Method:In the clinical research,40 patients of the early threatened abortion with kidney dificiency were classified into two groups randomly according to the random principle:the TCM group and the TCM+western medicine group.The TCM group use Yishenantai Decoction,and the TCM+western medicine group use Yishenantai Decoction+ Progesterone.Defining one weeks as a period of treatment,we carry out two to four periods of treatment,then count succession rate and improvement of symptoms and signs.Results:The total effective rate of the TCM group and the TCM+western medicine group were 85%and 90%.There is no signficant difference between the two groups（P＞0.05）.The level ofβ-HCG,E₂,P of the two groups was significantly impromved.The Yishenantai Decoction can improve patients’ symptoms and signs obviously.The individual symptoms effective rate of the TCM group were:vaginal bleeding 84.2%,lumbar acid 85.0%,abdominal pain 85.0%,knee acid 100.0%,dizziness and tinnitus 83.3%,nocturia frequent 90.0%;The individual symptoms effective rate of the TCM+western medicine group were:vaginal bleeding 90.0%,lumbar acid 90.0%,abdominal pain 89.5%,knee acid 90.9%,dizziness and tinnitus 100.0%,nocturia frequent 85.7%.There is no signficant difference between the two groups（P＞0.05）.The research also shows:the effect of the two group are related to the extent of the disease before treatment（P＜0.05）,have no correlation of the age,weeks of pregnancy and the history of spontaneous abortions（P＞0.05）.Conclusion:The clinical findings indicated the therapeutic effect of the Yishenantai decoction for the first-trimester threatened abortion with kidney dificiency.In addition, owing to the treatment is more convenient and inexpensive and there isn’t side-effect,there will be capacious outlook in treating the threatened abortion.
