The Approach Of The Relationship Of The Pregnancy Rate After Acupuncture And Serum Estradiol To Progesterone Ratio

PURPOSE: try to approach the relationship of the pregnancy rate and serum estradiol to progesterone ratio, and these patients have receive the IVF and acupuncture meanwhile. And try to approach the effect of the acupuncture in this subject.METHOD: divide 600 Patients into treat group and the control group in completely random way and the patient in treat group receive the acupuncture while control group do not. Compare the outcome of two groups according the ratio of serum estradiol to progesterone in four groups.RESULT: The basic conditions of the treat group and the control group have no significant deviation. Such as mean age, the reason of infertility, the number of times the suffers accept the IVF, the number of the ovum ,fertilization ,cleavage and the number of high-quality embryo of two groups are no significant deviation. At last in group 1（E₂/P≤3000） the pregnancy rate of the treat group is significantly larger than the control group while other three groups there are no significant deviation of two groups. And the number of the ovum, fertilization, cleavage high-quality embryo and the thickness of the inner membrane of the uterus of the treat group and the control group in group 1 have no significant deviation.CONCLUSION: towards the people whose serum estradiol to progesterone ratio in the day injects HCG is smaller than3000; acupuncture can raise the outcome significantly.
