The Clinical Research To The Curative Effect Of Xingqixiaoliutang Decotion In Qi-Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome Myoma Of Uterus

Objective:To observe and revaluate the curative effect of the Xingqixiaoliutang decoction to the Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome myoma of uterus,through the comparison of syndrome,menstruous quality and tumor size at pre-therapy and post-therapy,providing a proof with the application of Xingqixiaoliutang decoction.Methods:The part of literature study systematically retrospected etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis, diagnose and therapy of myoma of uterus in modern medicine;also expatiate etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis,syndrome therapy and expert experience in the TCM.In the part of clinical study,we adopted 30 clinical patients diagnosing of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome myoma of uterus,taking Xingqixiaoliutang decoction orally 2 course of treatment(6 weeks as a course of treatment).We observed changing of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome;menstruation,quantity,color,quality of the menstruation and tumor size,then statistical analysis the data and revaluate the curative effect and the safty of the Xingqixiaoliutang decoction to the Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome myoma of uterus.Results:The study and statistics showed:general curative effect was:fully recover were 5 patients about 16.67%of all,apparent effect were 12patients about 40.33%of all,effective were 12 patients about 40.00%of all,total effective rate were 100.00%.There was no statistical significance in tumor size between pre-therapy and post-therapy(P＞0.05).There was statistical significance difference of grade of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome between pre-therapy and post-therapy (P＜0.01),however There was no statistical significance in inferior belly lump between pre-therapy and post-therapy(P＞0.05).There was statistical significance in grade of menstruation,quantity,color,quality of the menstruation between pre-therapy and post-therapy(P＜0.01).There was statistical significance in the simultaneous phenomenon such as lower abdomen ache,inferior belly falling distend, spargosis gas pains(P＜0.01).There was statistical significance in the estrogen,while there was no statistical significance in progestogen.There was statistical significance in Changes of hemorheology numerous before and after treatment.There was no statistical significance in different ages,while there was statistical significance by different periods of treatment and different tumor size. Conclusion:It was obvious of curative effect of Xingqixiaoliutang decoction in improving Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome;menstruation,quantity,color, quality of the menstruation.At the same time,the curative effect was influnced by periods of treatment and different tumor size.We can conclude that the decoction can improve hemorheology and reduce the level of estrogen.Relating of the literature study in drug nature,therapeutic effect and pharmacology of each medicinal herb in Xingqixiaoliutang decoction,we can conclude that Xingqixiaoliutang decoction has the effectiveness of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and promoting qi circulation to relieve pain.,and the curative effect of Xingqixiaoliutang decoction to improve the symptome of myoma of uterus is positive.
