It is very important to intake vitamins and minerals for the health of human beings. The product is mulvital replenisher for treating and precluding various kinds of diseases from being lack of vitamins and minerals and held organism to be well. It is not reported that oil-and water-soluble vitamins with minerals capsules and patent in china.High performance liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV) and titration were developed for the dissolution of pellets and determination of the content of vitamins-minerals capsules in preparations. This method was sensitive, accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of oil- and water-soluble vitamins with minerals capsule.The vitamin pellets and mineral pellets were prepared by extrusion-spheronization. The properties of pellets were investigated by yield, particle size distribution, bulk density, surface shape, roundness and friability. Through the formulation screening and process observation, the pellets were prepared and orthogonal design was used to optimize the technology of preparation. The vitamin pellets and mineral pellets were presented good sphericity and friability and the accumulative dissolution of riboflavin in 45 minutes was above 80%.The pellets were coated by spraying with the aqueous dispersion as film forming agent using a rotation coating processor. The coating formulation composed of Opadry?II were studied on coating level, anti-tacking agents, etc. Clearly, the coating level influenced the pellets to form coating pellets. The main factors affecting the stabilities by oxidation-resistans and coating levels were studied. In this paper, the content uniformity of vitamins and minerals capsules prepared with solvent dispersing method using microcrystalline cellulose as carrier was compare to that prepared with ordinary method.The stabilities of vitamins and minerals capsules were investigated by accelerated experiments and shelf-life tests. The results of stability experiments showed that it was stabilized under the experiment condition of the preparation.To develop a simple, feasible and repeatable quality standard was very important to make sure that the medicine was safe, stable, and its quality can be controlled. The objective of this research was developing a quality standard of vitamins with minerals capsules based on the national regulation.
