The Important Organ Protection By Remote Ischemic Preconditioning And Its Mechanism With Ischemia-reperfusion Injury

Remote ischemic preconditioning is a common protective measures.By repeated, short, mild ischemia-reperfusion with some parts of the body,such as limb, mesenteric artery or renal artery, Remote ischemic preconditioning can reduce the remote other organ ischemia-reperfusion injury for a longer time. A series of stimulus signal come from remote ischemic preconditioning act on the target organs through the nerve or humoral pathways. At present, some studies have summarized the mechanism of remote ischemic preconditioning, however, different target organs have different mechanisms. because there is no articles about researching each viscera function mechanism, this paper will summarize each viscera function mechanism respectively. Concrete mechanisms research are beneficial to expand the scope of clinical application and the intervention on specific mechanism is helpful to improve the clinical treatment. Thus, for different target organs, a systematic summary of different mechanisms is of great significance.
