Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of urology clinical, the high recurrence rate and high rate of progress makes it one of overall cost most tumors in solid tumors.Due to the occurrence and development of bladder cancer is a very complicated pathophysiologic process and early detection and early treatment directly affects the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer, so a large number of domestic and foreign scholars devoted to the study of the molecular biology mechanism of bladder cancer. As is known to all is a group made up of small molecules endogenous non-coding RNA, it can usually consists of 20 to 25 nucleotides linked, in the regulation of cell apoptosis and cell proliferation played a crucial role in the process of biological activity. In recent years, along with mirnas research gradually thorough, in blood system, digestive system, respiratory system, endocrine system and urinary system gradually found in many aspects is closely related to the tumor occurrence, development and outcome of mirnas. For the most common malignant tumor in urinary bladder cancer, the influence of mirnas function is also very important. This article will research progress of differentsubspecies of mirnas in bladder cancer to be reviewed.
