Objective: To study the antibiotics resistance of the Acinetobacter baumannii(AB) on the wound of children traffic injury, and the the correlation between the resistance and the usage of antibiotics, so as to provide for the future rational treatment. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of hospitalized children with traffic injury in the burn orthopedic department from 2010 to 2015. Collect datas including patients’ general condition, the culture of the wound secretions, the susceptibility and the usage of antibiotics. Then divide patients who infected with Acinetobacter baumannii into two goups, which is IPM-resistant or non-IPM resistant. Analyze the difference between the two groups in the resistance and the use of antibiotics.Result:(1)There were 75 kinds of pathogenic bacteria cultivated on the wounds. The top five are Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aerginosa, Enterobacter cloacae, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Escherichia coli.(2) In the study, all the AB are completely resistant to 4kind of β-lactam antibiotics and only compeletely sensitive to Polymymin, and the sensibilities to the other antibiotics are all below 50%.(3) There is statistically significant difference between the AB’s sensitivity to Piperacillin-tazobactam and Piperacillin(p=0, <0.05).However, the IPM-resistant is completely resistant to Piperacillin-tazobactam.(5) There is statistical significant difference in the hospital stays between the IPM-resistant and the non-IPM-resistant(p=0.006, < 0.05). There is statistical significant difference in the resistance between the IPM-resistant and the non-IPM-resistant(p=0/0.01,<0.05). And the IPM-resistant is multidrug resistance train.(6)The intensity of antibiotic usage have certain relevance to its resistance. But there is no statistical difference in the intensity of antibiotic usage between the IPM-resistant and the non-IPM-resistant(p=0.775,>0.05).Conclusions: AB is the mostly common pathogen for traumatic wound. Its drug resistance situation is serious, and the hospital stays is close related to the IMP-resistant.There was no statistical difference bout the use of antibiotics between two groups in the study. The antibiotic in the front of the intensity of antibiotics usage and the resistance is nearly same.By analysising the intensity of antibiotics usage, we found that the clinical antibiotics use need to be improved.
