Objective: Contrast the Micro Pure imaging with mammography in the diagnostic sensitivity of breast micro calcification, and to evaluate the clinical significance of the Micropure’ ultrasonography and color superb micro-vascular imaging in the differentiation of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods: Chooseing 60 patients who were found microcalcification stove in breasts by molybdenum target X-ray between August 2015 and March 2016 as the research object.Regard the molybdenum target X-ray as reference standard, and do the regular gray-scale sonography, Micropure, CDFI and c SMI imaging examination on the areas of interest respectively. Compare and analyse the micro calcifications and blood vessels under the different ways in breast lesions of patients. Finally, with the pathologic results as the gold standard, compared the BI- RADS classification results with the gray-scale molybdenum target X-ray, ultrasound with gray-scale sonography combined Micropure technologies and c SMI for breast lesions, in order to discusse clinical application value of the three technologies for differential diagnosis the benign and malignant breast lesions. Results: Within the sixty cases of breast lesions, the ten cases were pure calcification, and the rest were tumor mixed with calcification. The showed rate of micro calcification in breast lesions by the using of ultrasonic Micropure technology is higher than that of gray-scale sonography singly. There were significant differences in the detection rate of the two ways(P = 0.009 < 0.05). The detection of micro calcification in breast lesions by the using of ultrasonic Micropure technology combined with gray-scale ultrasonography is more sensitive than that of Micropure technologies singly. There were significant differences in the detection rate of the two ways(P = 0.016 < 0.05). The inspection rate of the c SMI was higher than CDFI for the display of micro blood flow in the breast lesions.c SMI can check out micro blood flows that CDFI overlooked. The display rate for more than three blood flows of the CDFI was 53.3%(32\60), and the c SMI was 80%(48,60).The difference between the two ways was statistically significant(P = 0.002 < 0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the conventional ultrasound joint with Micropure and c SMI technology were higher than the use of molybdenum target X-ray and high gray-scale sonography singly on the diagnosis of malignant breast lesions. Conclusion: The detection sensitivity of the Micropure on the microcalcification was higher than the conventional ultrasound but lower than molybdenum target X-ray. c SMI can check out more micro blood flows than CDFI. Joint conventional ultrasound with Micropure and c SMI technology has much clinical application value for differential diagnosis the benign and malignant breast lesions.
