Objective: Correlation differences by edema in patients and healthy population of bit vertical and horizontal position of plasma renin activity(PRA) and angiotensin II(a II) and aldosterone(ALD), and other related indicators(gender, age, body mass index(BMI) of idiopathic edema and renin vascular tension element- aldehyde- aldosterone system(RAAS) and other factors, the disease diagnosis, treatment and follow-up study to do theoretical basis..Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 88 cases of patients with idiopathic edema and 39 cases of healthy people were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of 2014.11-2016.01 in the Department of internal medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University. Collect the general information of the two groups: gender, age, body mass index, time of onset, the previous disease, taking drugs affect the detection results; blood routine, urine routine, biochemical data: thyroid function, liver function, blood lipids, renal function, supine: ALD, a II, PRA, orthostatic: ALD, a II, PRA. The correlation between the specific edema and renin angiotensin aldosterone system and other factors were obtained by statistical software.Result:1.Correlation between idiopathic edema and gender and ageIn this study, 88 patients were included in this study, including 98.96% women, 87 women. Most of the patients in the age of 30-50 years old can account for 65.9% of the total incidence of the disease. The maximum age of the patients with idiopathic edema was 75 years old, the youngest was 25 years old. Less than 30 years of age accounted for 15.91%(14/88), between 30-39 years of age accounted for 32.95%(29/88), 40-49 years old accounted for 32.95%(29/88), 50-59 years old accounted for 11.36%(10/88), more than 60 years of age accounted for 6.82%(6/88).2.Relationship between idiopathic edema and body weightThe investigation of idiopathic edema in patients with average body mass index(24.04 + 3.12) / m2, the body mass index of less than 18.5Kg/m2 accounted for 3.41 percent 3/88 and body mass index between the 18.5Kg/m2-25Kg/m2 for 60.23% 53/88, BMI greater than 25Kg/m2 accounted for 36.36%(32/88). Health group, the average body mass index(22.35 plus or minus 271.3) / m2, the body mass index of less than 18.5Kg/m2 accounted for 5.1%(2 / 39) and body mass index between the 18.5Kg/m2-2Kg/m25 79.5%(31 / 39) and body mass index than 25Kg/m2 accounted for 15.4%(6).3.There was no significant difference between the PRA and A in the idiopathic edema group and the healthy group(P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of, PRA and ALD between the three groups(, A, and 30-50) in the 30 years old and over 50 years old(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of body mass index(ALD, PRA, 25Kg/m2) between three groups(18.5Kg/m2, A, 18.5Kg/m2-24.9Kg/m2), and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.Idiopathic edema patients and healthy group two groups of routine blood tests, urine routine, biochemical data: thyroid function, liver function, blood lipids, renal function index had no statistical difference(P > 0.05) 。Conclusion:1.Idiopathic edema associated with elevated AⅡ.2.Idiopathic edema in women of childbearing age with multiple and independent of body weight.3.There was no significant difference in the levels of PRA, ALD and A II in different age groups of idiopathic edema.
