Objective: To optimize the extracting process and preparation for Zhusan.Yield of dry extrcct and the content of index compontents were used the referent indexes to comparation with the traditional medicine.Establish a database about zhusan and traditional medicine through comparing.Method: Smash the single medicinal materials through modern technique(ephedra、almond 、 gypsum 、 leech 、 monkshood).Then study to the characteristic of the power.Optimizing the equipment of smash.HPLC method was used for the determination of the index components and yield of dry extract and the content of index components were selected as the referent indexes,and the decoction process was optimized by boiling time, amount of water and boiling times as the factors.Establish a database about zhusan and traditional medicine under the identical condition.And we can have a conclusion through comparation the toxicity between zhusan and traditional medicine.Results: Through the expansion of crushing effect to crusher and universal grinder supporting different screen type, this paper intends to use the SCSJ-80 crushing to prepare the boil powder of maximum powder and coarse powder and 30 B universal grinder to preparation thin powder. In the list flavor medicine material in dissolve a degree by the powder in the power, ephedra、almond、leech and monkshood in the maximum powder, gypsum in the thin powder. The better methods of decoction as follow: immersing 20 minutes, adding water 20 times as zhusan, decotion 1 time. we can get the conclusion that yield of dry extrcct and the content of index compontents in decocting powers were both greatly more than they were intraditional medicine but toxicity not.Conclusion:The research has showed that preparation is reasonable and practicable,application condition better than slice, and improved the adventage of decoction powder on efficiency in saving processing time、medicinal material and resource through multi-target analysis of the the content of index compontents.
