Malocclusion Bite Force Analysis

Objective:To analyze the maximum value of the occlusal force(TOF), maximum contact area and occlusal force center position( COF) among Angle and Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ class malocclusion and individual normal occlusion, dental individual maximum force value,comparing the position of the maximum contact area and occlusal force central point guide the clinical formulate scientific and rational treatment plan and assessment of the treatment effect.Methods:Recorded 100 cases, 12-30 years old, complete dentition malocclusion patients and 23 volunteers with individual normal occlusion by Qingdao Ai dynamic bite force analyzer /Ⅰ-Motion TeeTester bite force analysis system V3.2.0 when their occlusion was the maximum intercuspal position(MIP), complete dentition Angle Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ class malocclusion patients and 23 when the name of the individual jaw normal volunteers, the maximum cusp interleaved bits(ICP) of gross occlusal force, occlusal force center position,the left and right side of the bite force percentage, the maximum occlusal contact area, by statistical software with class Categories Pairwise statistical analysis of measurement results before malocclusion patients were. To evaluate the measurement of different Angle’s classification and individual normal occiusion by statistical analysis.Results:The occlusal contact area and TOF have a statistically significant difference among different Angle’s classified malocclusion and individual normal occlusion. The COF position of individual normal occlusion is in the gray ellipse, closer to the center of theellipse than that of Angle Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ malocclusion, maximum contact area, the largest cusp staggered position(ICP) of gross occlusal force, occlusal force center position,compared with the individual normal occlusion, there is a statistically significant difference when patients bite Class Ⅲ; Angle Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ class of patients occlusal force distribution center position, the left and right side of the occlusion percentage of the normal group, noand there is a significant difference.Conclusion:1. Ann Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ wrong tooth or teeth occlusal contact area biggest, most patients with sharp staggered a gross(ICP) bite compared with the normal tooth or individual,small clear; Wrong tooth or teeth in patients with combined center compared with normal tooth or individual, although in the gray oval circle, but the deviation ellipse center.2. Ann Ⅰ, Ⅱ, wrong tooth Ⅲ class between patients in occlusal contact area biggest,the most front tooth tip cross position(ICP) bite was significantly reduce total cost of the trend, no statistical significance.3.
