Objective:To investigate the effect of mi RNA-224 in cervical cancer Si Ha cell proliferation, apoptosis and invasion. Methods:To overexpression and inhibition the expression of mi RNA-224 in human cervical cancer cell lines(Si Ha),Si Ha was transient transfected with mi RNA-224 mimics or mi RNA-224 inhibitor. The Si Ha cells were divided into experimental group(mi RNA-224 mimics and mi RNA-224 inhibitor,E),negative control group( Negative control,mi RNA-224 inhibitor NC,NC) and blank control group( BC).Then q-PCR(quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction) was used to detect the expression of mi RNA-224 in each group. When Si Ha cell was successfully transfected,CCK-8 method, wound healing test, flow cytometry technique were used to detect the change of cellular proliferation, invasion and apoptosis separately.Results:1.Overexpression of mi RNA-224 could promote Si Ha proliferation and cell scratch healing, inhibition of Si Ha cell apoptosis.2.Silencing the expression of mi RNA-224 can reduce Si Ha proliferative and inhibit cell scratch healing, promote Si Ha cell apoptosis.Conclusion:1.Upregulating the expression of mi RNA-224 could promote proliferation, migration and inhibitor apoptosis of Si Ha cell;2.Silencing the expression of mi RNA-224 could suppress the proliferation, migration and promote apoptosis of Si Ha cell.
