Objective:To investigate the percentage of CD4~+T cells in peripheral blood and Th1/Th2 、Th17/Treg ratio of patients with thyroid associated disease(TAO),and the significance of TAO in the pathogenesis and activity. Methods:Using CAS score and 99mTc- somatostatin analogues orbital imaging results divide TAO patients into activity group and inactive group,Calibur flow cytometry was used to detect the Th1 cells,Th2 cells,Th17 cells,,Treg cells and the ratio of Th17/Treg and Th1/Th2.Compare differences between the three groups.Results:Th1 cells, Th2 cells,Treg cells accounted for the percentage of CD4~+T cells in the peripheral blood in the three groups were significantly different(P<0.05),the percentage of Th17 cells and Th1/Th2, Th17/Treg in the three groups was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Th1 cells,Th2 cells are more differences between the three groups, active group and inactive group showed no difference(P>0.05); active group, the inactive group and the normal group were statistically significant, and case group significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Th1 cells,Th2 cells are involved in the pathogenesis of TAO,no clear relationshipbetween it and the activity of TAO.
