Objective:Explore cannabidiol on rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury protective effect and its mechanism.Methods:32 healthy male SD rats,by using the random number method,were divided into control group, ischemia reperfusion group(I/R group), cannabidiol group and cannabidiol adenosine A1 blockers manage. Eight rats in each group,by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) for 30 min, 120 min reperfusion rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion model was established.HE stain method was used to observe cardiomyocyte by light microscope. Immune histochemical method determination of Bcl-2, Bax in myocardial tissue expression. Xanthine oxidase method of determination of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity. Glucosinolates barbituric acid method for determination of malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration.Results:Compared with the I/R group.The degree of myocardial damage of cannabidiol group is litter. Expression of Bcl-2 in cannabidiol group was highter than I/R group, P<0.05. Expression of Bax in cannabidiol group were lower than I/R group, P<0.05.SOD activity increased significantly and MDA decreased in cannabidiol group, P < 0.05.When plus adenosine A1 blockers(DPCPX), the effect of cannabidiol against I/R injury was became less.Conclusion:Cannabidiol protects rat myocardium against I/R injury,possibly by preventing myocardial cells from apoptosis and oxidation through the way of adenosine A1.
