Objective:Study the plasma micro RNA-126 expression differences in group of acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris group, stable angina pectoris group and healthy control, and analyze its correlation with the Gensini score,BNP(brain natriuretic peptide),LDL(Low Density Lipoprotein),c Tn I(cardiac troponin I).Methods:(1)Research object selected in 2016 from February to June in cardiology department of Shanxi Medical University Hospital parallel coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease in 57 cases, according to the patient’s symptoms, signs, ECG,myocardial enzymes and the results of coronary angiography, the acute myocardial infarction group 20 cases, unstable angina pectoris group(19 cases) and stable angina pectoris group 18 cases of three subgroups, collected in 20 cases of healthy people in our department, coronary angiography, no obvious abnormalities.(2)Recording the selected patients with gender, age, height, weight, blood biochemical index, past history, which blood biochemical indexes including blood glucose, blood lipid and cardiac enzymes, past medical history included smoking history, high blood lipids, family history, hypertension family history, family history of diabetes and a family history of coronary heart disease. All the selected patients were second days after admission, the venous blood was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method to detect the level of plasma mi R-126.(3)And the severity of coronary artery stenosis was evaluated by the Gensini score. According to segmentation evaluation criteria established by the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association(ACC/AHA) coronary artery image recording, for each vessel of quantitative evaluation, and each patient’s final score for each branch awarded the sum.(4) SPSS 20 was used for statistical analysis, statistical description of the measurement data were expressed by mean±standard deviation. The positive test for normality and homogeneity of variance test, between the two groups compared with t-test,group single factor compared with variance analysis and Q test was used to compare the pairwise multiple groups, correlation analysis Pearson tests and all statistical analyses were bilateral, P < 0.05 for differences are statistically significant.Results:(1)Control group and coronary artery ratio, acute myocardial infarction group of mi R-126 expression level decreased significantly(P < 0.05), the difference is statistically significant; unstable angina pectoris group of mi R-126 expression as compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in(P > 0.05); stable angina pectoris group of mi R-126 expression as compared with the control group compared no significant(P > 0.05).(2)Using Pearson correlation analysis, mi R-126 in plasma of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) expression level and Gensini score(r =-0.475,P < 0.05) and BNP(r=-0.621,P < 0.05),LDL(r=-0.448,P < 0.05) and cardiac troponin I(c Tn I)(r=-0.506,P< 0.05) showed a negative correlation.Conclusions:(1)Plasma micrornas- 126 in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) differences in the expression, the mi RNA- 126 expression in acute myocardial infarction group was obviously decreased, may become the potential diagnostic markers of acute myocardial infarction.(2)Plasma mi R- 126 in patients with acute myocardial infarction, the expression level of negative correlation with coronary Gensini score, said plasma mi R- 126 and degree of patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary vascular lesions may have negative correlation..(3)The expression level of mi R-126 in patients with acute myocardial infarction was negatively correlated with BNP, c Tn I and LDL.
