Objective:The most important factor lead to cervical cancer is thought to be high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV),but the mechanism is not clear, therefore find synergy factor that lead to cervical cancer is the key to the treatment and prevention of cervical cancer.Folate receptor a is the cell membrane binding protein that mediate folate into the cell, which is less expression in normal tissue, but high expression in kinds of tumor tissues to meet the folic acid demand that tumor cells rapidly dividing need. The research about folate receptor a expression in cervical cancer is less, moreover its expression level is not consistent, therefore our study explore the folate receptor a expression level in the cervical cancer to improve the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and look for collaborative carcinogenic factors for the occurrence of cervical cancer. Methods:Choose 164 patients from June 2014 to May 2015 at the second hospital of shanxi medical university, who found HPV infection or the TCT is resulted ASC and over line that needed colposcope. It included 40 normal cases, LSIL35 cases、HSIL58 cases and cervical cancer 31 cases.Using immunohistochemical to detect the the expression of FRαin cervical tissue.Choose 10 cases from each group and using PCR method to detect the the expression of FRα in cervical tissue.Results:1.The single factor analysis which associated with cervical lesions, according to theresults of more than 45 years old,HPV infection and 16 type HPV infection associated with cervical lesions.2.The immunohistochemical method showed the expression of folate receptor a has no relevance with the different groups of cervical lesion, howener with the progress of the cervical lesions, the strong positive expression of folate receptor a increased. The PCR result showed the folate receptor a in cervical cancer is much than in normal and LSIL cercical tiusse.3.The multi-factor analysis which associated with cervical lesions, according to the results, patients with 16 tape HPV infection developed to high level cervical lesions may be 5.997 times as those 16 tape HPV negative; the age over 45 patients developed to cervical cancer is likely to be 5.914 times as those age blow 45,patients with 16 tape HPV infection developed to cervical cancer is likely to be 7.724 times as thoes 16 tape HPV negative, patients with FRα expression strong positive developed to cervical cancer likely to be 3.376 times as those not FRα strong positive.Conclusion:1.The expression of FRα is low in normal cervix and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, but in cervical cancer the expression of FRα is high.2.16 type HPV infection is a risk factors for the development of HSIL, age over 45 years old, 16 type HPV infection and strong positive expression of FRα is the risk factors for development of cervical cancer.
