Objective To explore clinical features,radiology and histological pathology of adult PLCH(Pulmonary Langerhans’ Cell Histiocytosis).To improve the recognition and the effect of diagnosis and treatment of PLCH.Methods Two cases of adult PLCH treated in Beijing Friendship Hospital from2013 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.In the meanwhile,we reviewed the literatures related to this disease to discuss the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of PLCH.Result Both of the two patients were female nonsmokers with multiple organ involvements.HRCT scans of the lungs showed multifocal nodules.Conclusion Pulmonary Langerhans’ Cell Histiocytosis is a rare and stubborn disease with multiple organs involved.Lung lesions may improved if diagnosis and treatment were in time.Smoking history is not the necessary condition of diagnosing PLCH,there may be other pathogenesis except tobacco stimulation.
