Clinical Study Of Alpha Hydroxy Acid Combined With Oral Tranexamic Acid And External L-vitamin C On The Treatment For Melasma

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Alpha Hydroxy Acid combined with oral tranexamic acid and external L-vitamin C on the treatment of melasma.Method: 30 patients aged between 18 to 48 were randomly chosen. All of them were given the treatment of Alpha Hydroxy Acid once in 2-3 weeks combined with tranexamic acid(0.5g,bid) and L-Vitamin C. The course of treatment was 3-4 months.Result: The cure rate and efficient rate in 30 patients were 46.7%, 73.3%. There were significant statistical differences after the treatment.Conclusion: Alpha Hydroxy Acid combined with oral tranexamic acid and external L-vitamin C was safe and effective on treatment of melisma.
