Cardiovascular disease, with the highest mortality rate, is seriously threatening to human life and health. Many patients were dead of cardiovascular disease due to the fact that they could not diagnose the cardiovascular lesion on time. Therefore, the realization of predicting cardiovascular diseases at an early stage and making diagnosis treatment in the mid-term has vital importance clinical significance. The measurement of blood pressure and pulse can make an early screening of cardiovascular disease and the analysis of cardiovascular function, and win precious time for the early prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. This study designs a noninvasive detection device that can detect blood pressure and pulse of four limbs in the same time.This study completed integration research and development based on the pulse wave sensors HK2000 C and blood pressure numerical sensors HKB-08 B. Firstly, tested the performance of two kinds of sensor to guarantee its secondary development, and then designed PC system software based on Visual C++ 6.0. According to the analysis of pulse wave module and blood pressure module from the principle of hardware instruments, completed the collection design of separate module based on application software.Using pulse wave module and blood pressure module respectively collected pulse wave data and blood pressure value, and the results are analyzed and processed. Then, designed the integration of blood pressure pulse module, and tested whether the integration module can be data collection in a non-intrusive manner. Finally, integrated hardware equipment with eight modules by USB hub, and used programming to collect the measurement of lower computer. Realized the data storage and serial port produces of PC through USB serial-port, the computer can manipulate the collection and processing of data.This module can be operated through the secondary development due to single blood pressure or pulse detection modules is not encrypted, and realize measurement function of single module according to the communication protocol. Instrument can control each module’s data transfer independently in a non-intrusive manner when different modules and same modules upload data at the same time. This paper used hardware integration and application software design to achieve 8-channel device prototype of blood pressure and pulse measurement for limbs; meanwhile, programmed the waveform similarity comparison algorithm to make judgments for the correctness of operation of the device, and display the information monitoring during measurement.In this paper not only the acquisition device was realized, parameters of blood pressure and real time dynamic pulse wave also can be displayed by interface operation. The system can measure simultaneously and display the blood pressure and pulse signal of 8 channels, also can judge whether the device is properly installed based on the measurement of pulse waveform and give a remind by corresponding module. This collected information can be given an early diagnosis and prediction of cardiovascular disease combined with nonlinear pulse wave theory algorithms to evaluate cardiovascular health. Research of this device is of great significance for clinical prevention and diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.
