Effect Of Different Permeability Amount On Hemodialysis In Patients With Chronic Renal Failure By Meta Analysis

Objective:To investigate the effect of hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure HFHD is superior LFHD.Methods: Computer search PubMed, Embase,ScienceDirect,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBWMDisc), China HowNet(CNKI),Articles(WanFang) and VIP(VIP) database,all searches are as of March1,2016. Use authoritative quality assessment standards of the Cochrane network provided by the included studies was to assess the quality,sufficient data was extracted using software RevMan5.3 and stata13.1, the extracted data for meta-analysis, count data using relative risk degree(RR)or weighted mean difference(WMD),said evaluation of correlation between the two results.Results:Meta-analysis of 12 RCTs show:(1)HFHD superior in reducing TC values of respect LFHD group(MD=-0.97,95%CI[-1.03,-0.91]), differences in study after each merger was statistically significant( Z=30.093, P < 0.00001);(2)HFHD group in lowering serum PTH increase clearance superior LFHD group(MD=14.80,95%CI[7.42,22.18]), each study merger difference was statistically significant(Z=3.39,P<0.001);(3)HFHD group of β2-MG scavenging effect thanLFHD group(MD=-7.05,95%CI[-13.13,-0.96]), differences in study after each merger was statistically significant(Z=2.27,P=0.02);(4)HFHD group LFHD group scavenging ability BUN equivalent(MD=-0.43,95%CI[-1.82,0.97]), after various research merge difference was not statistically significant(Z=0.60,P=0.55);(5)HFHD group LFHD group scavenging ability Scr equivalent(MD=14.26,95%CI[-15.94,44.45]),after various research merge difference was not statistically significant(Z=0.93,P=0.35);(6) for LFHD group, HFHD group does not reduce chronic mortality in patients with renal brush Street( RR=1.06,95%CI[0.97,1.15]), after various research merge difference was not statistically significant(Z=1.18,P=0.24).Conclusions:Compared with LFHD, HFHD reduce TC values,increase blood PTH clearance, clearance β2-MG has an advantage, while clearing BUN, Clear Scr, reduce mortality and improve survival rate by considerable advantage, but this conclusion still needs more variety of heart, large, randomized controlled trial to further verification.
