| Objective: To investigate the effects of “double gastrostomy tube techniqueâ€(gastrostomy duodenal decompression tube, gastrostomy jejunal feeding tube) in the duodenal rupture repair. Methods: The clinical data of 41 patients with duodenal rupture repair who were admitted to Chongqing Emergency Medical Center from January 2005 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. For the purpouse of postoperative duodenal decompression and jejunal nutrition, from January 2010 to January 2015,double gastrostomy tube technique were adopted in 16 patients who were divided into double-tube(DT) group; from January 2005 to December 2009, “Hassan’ triple-ostomy tube techniqueâ€(gastrostomy duodenal decompression tube, retrograde jejunostomy decompression tube, jejunostomy feeding tube) were adopted in 25 patients who were divided into triple-tube(TT) group. Operation time, postopertive complications, the indwelling time of enternal nutrion tube and hospitalization days,et al were observed and compared. Results: The mean operation time of DT-group was significant less than TT-group,(t=2.566,P?0.05). The incidence of duodenal fistula, abdominal abscess, wound and pulmonary infection were similar between the two groups(P?0.05). The incidence of early postoperative bowel obstruction in DT-group show significant lower than TT-group(P?0.05). The indwelling time of enternal nutrion tube and the hospitalization days in DT-group were significant shorter than TT-group(P?0.05).Conlusion: The “double gastrostomy tube technique†for duodenal rupture repair is simple, safe and reliable; compared with “Hassan’ triple-ostomy tube techniqueâ€, it can simplify the operation step, significantly reduce recovery time and risk of postoperative bowel obstruction. So, it is worth promoting clinically. |
