| long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs) are defined operationally as RNA transcripts that have a total length of more than 200 nucleotides without protein-coding potential. They can regulation the expression of target genes through different regulatory mechanism, they are important regulatory molecules involving in tumor occurrence and development. The mechanism of lncRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma have gained more and more researchers’ favour, most studies have shown that lnc RNA genes play an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. In this review, we summarize the advances of lncRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma and provide one new approach on the implication in the diagnosis, prevetion and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
