Advances In Differential Diagnosis Of Intestinal Behcet’s Disease And Crohn’s Disease

The differential diagnosis of Intestinal Bhecet’s disease and Crohn’s disease is always a difficult problem in clinical because of their similar clinical manifestations.Their endoscopic features and pathological features are general untypical.In addition,both of them don’t have diagnostic golden standard. All these reason lead to misdiagnosis. Clinical studies show that endoscopy and pathology are of great value, moreover, clinical manifestations, imaging and laboratory tests has accessory diagnostic value. This article is to investigate these features for the differential diagnosis of Intestinal Behcet’s disease and Crohn’s disease.
