Efficacy Analysis Of PEI Combined With TACE And HIFU In The Treatment Of Liver Cancer

Objective: Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors, the incidence rate of China is the incidence of 1/2 in the world. The mortality of liver cancer in China is second in the whole country. In the discovery of liver cancer, most of it is in the middle and late, lost the opportunity to surgery, thus affecting the treatment effect and survival rate. Clinical efficacy of this topic selection of HIFU combined with TACE in treatment of patients with liver cancer, by the patient whether to adopt Pei treatment were divided into two groups, observation group A(combined with PEI) and group B(without combination with PEI) and liver cancer patients in the clinical choice of comprehensive treatment method for provide scientific basis.Methods: 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups; group A and group B. Group A: TACE, HIFU, PEI treatment, B group: TACE and HIFU treatment were performed successively. All the two groups were completed within six months. Clinical symptoms, ALT, AST, TBIL, AFP, tumor blood supply and imaging changes were observed before and after treatment.Results: 30 cases of liver cancer in patients with clinical symptoms significantly improved(increased appetite, increased weight, ease the malaise, liver area unwell, pain relief or disappear completely), a group of improvement rate of 86.6%(13/15), group B of improvement rate was 20.0%(3/15), P=0.047<0.05. No significant difference between the changes of liver function and bilirubin in two different groups in the comprehensive treatment. Serum albumin P=0.046<0.05, A group to increase serum albumin concentration is favorable. AFP P=0.419>0.05, A group in terms of reducing AFP effect is not obvious. Tumor blood supply P=0.028<0.05, A group of blood supply for the rich tumor after the treatment of blood for weakened or disappeared. Therapeutic effect for tumor nodules in a group with diameter less than 5 cm efficiency was 83.33%(10/12), diameter 5 ~ 10 cm efficiency was 80.00%(4/5), the total efficiency was 82.35%(13/17), B group with diameter less than 5 cm rate was 56.25%(9/15), diameter 5 ~ 10 cm efficiency was 28.57%(2/7), diameter > 10 cm efficiency is 50% total efficiency was 48.0%(12/25), P=0.049<0.05.Conclusion:1. Combination of the three treatment of liver cancer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, can increase serum albumin, reduce the role of AFP is not obvious, and the liver function, bilirubin has little effect.2. Combination of the three treatment of liver cancer can make the blood supply of the tumor significantly weakened or disappeared, improve the short-term efficacy of the tumor.
