Discussion On The Effect Mechanism Of Acupotomy In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Based On The Theory Of Meridians And Acupoints

Objective: according to the theory of meridians and acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine, this thesis analyzes the relationship between ankylosing spondylitis and related meridians. Through the literature research of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of the related diseases of ankylosing spondylitis, it summarizes choice tendency of meridians and the application characteristics of acupoints. It provides new ideas and methods for acupotomologic therapy of ankylosing spondylitis. To discuss the effect mechanism of acupotomy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, it offers more reference for clinical treatment in acupotomology.Methods: it uses the computer to search the fifth version of "Chinese medical classics",and uses the manual way to consult too, and chooses the literature of traditional Chinese medicine from the pre-Qin dynasty to the Qing dynasty. To consult the literature of the related diseases of ankylosing spondylitis associated with the meridian, and analyzes its correlation,based on the theory of meridians and acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine. To consults the literature of the related diseases of ankylosing spondylitis about acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, and sorting out the acupoints to treat the diseases. Then standardize the relevant acupoints data and establish the database.
