Abstract/Summary:
Implant prosthesis is also called the dental implant, and it is divided into implants supporting a fixed role in jawbone and the crowns bearing the mastication. But in clinical implant selection is not reasonable, lead to implant to fall off or broken phenomenon because of excessive force and result in the failure of dental implant. More seriously, may lead to bone absorption and necrosis of jawbone.This paper researches stress distribution of implant prosthesis in the actual service conditions and implant failure mechanism using ANSYS. Carry out the mechanical property analysis under the static analysis and cyclic loadings, thermal analysis, fatigue analysis and optimization of the implant structure. The contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The interface of implant-mandible is set to contact analysis and build Coulomb friction model with the implant prosthesis. Analyze the mechanical property of implant prosthesis under static and cyclic loadings. Simulation of implant prosthesis may exist in the actual stress state. Observe the actual stress state and sum up the high stress area of denture restoration parts under different load.(2) In the past the change of temperature is always ignored in the studies, this paper considers oral temperature factors on the impact stress of the implant prosthesis. Simulate implant prosthesis in mouth real environment under chewing, establish the actual situation of the thermal aging model and discuss the influence of temperature change on the implant prosthesis stress.(3) Carry out fatigue analysis of the implant using ANSYS. Obtain the fatigue life of implant and find out the possible factors of failure.(4) Optimize the design of implant. There are many factors that can affect the stress concentration of the implant, and many scholars devote to studying the structure of the implant. This paper studies the initial stability of the implant from the diameter, length, pitch and so on. Reduce the stress concentration and avoid the phenomenon such as fatigue fracture occurred in the later use process.Based on finite element analysis of implant, can be observed very clearly to the stress distribution, provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of implant, reduce the stress concentration of the implant, and improve the service life of the implant.
