Cantharellus cibarius is a kind of rare mushroom products with high edible and medicinal value which is widely distributed in the world. Cantharellus cibarius is one of the four most famous bacterias in the world. Firstly, This paper studied the immune enhancement of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide on nomal mice. Secondly, the paper not only studied the the inhibition of immune function by cyclophosphamide induced on mice, but also studied vitro inhibitory effect on S180, H22 and SK-OV-3 tumor cells. Finally, the author studied the inhibition in vivo of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide on transplanted S180 and H22 Tumor Cells. This paper studied immunomodulating activity of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide, which provided a theoretical basis for further development and utilization. The experiment results were showed as follows:Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could effectively improve the immune organ index, immune organ growth of normal mice, and high dose group could significantly increase the thymus index and spleen index(P<0.01), middle dose group and low dose group could increase the thymus index and spleen index, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). When the concentration of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide was 1000 μg/mL, OD value was not significantly less than the control group of blank cells, therefore, Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide of the maximum non-toxic concentration was 1.954-500μg/mL on spleen lymphocyte. When the Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide concentration was 125 μg/mL,The proliferation effect of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide on spleen lymphocyte was obvious, the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01), Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could improve the content of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-2 in serum, the effect of high dose group was most obvious. The effects of intestinal immune system of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide on immune system of normal mice were studied from the RNA level, by adjusting the expression of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 and mRNA of CRP. Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could regulate and control intestinal immune system, induce the secretion of cell factor, enhance Immune. The above results indicated that Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide had immune enhancing effect on nomal mice with immune enhancing.Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could alleviate thymic and splenic atrophy induced by cyclophosphamide. High dose group and middle dose group could extremely significant increase the count of white blood cells(P<0.01), significantly increase red blood cell count(P<0.05); middle dose group could significantly improve the ability of antibody producing cells(P<0.01); high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group could significantly improve the content of serum hemolysin(P<0.05), and middle dose group, relative to model group was extremely significant difference. Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could relieve the immunosuppressive effect by increasing the CD4+ content in lymphocytes, reducing the CD8+ content, improving the proportion of CD4+/CD8+. This paper explained that Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could participate in immune regulation from two aspects of cellular immunity and humoral immunity, and slow down the immune suppression caused by cyclophosphamide state.When the concentration was 250μg/mL, Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide had certain inhibition for proliferation of S180 sarcoma cell, tumor inhibition rate was the maximum of 19.74%,there was no inhibitory effect each dose group of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide for the proliferation of H22 hepatoma cells, and also did not have cell toxicity; when the concentration of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide was 1000μg/mL, there was some inhibitory effect on SK-OV-3 ovarian cancer cells, the highest inhibition rate was 30.14%.Based on the above experimental results, this paper show that the killing effect of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide to tumor cells in vitro is not obvious.Compared with S180 sarcoma and H22 Tumor bearing mice model group, Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide in each dose group all could alleviate the atrophy of thymus of the tumor bearing miceand and enlargement of the spleen, thereby protecting immune organs. From different weight of mice before and after inoculated with S180 and H22 the Tumor Cells, weight of Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide in each dose group showed extremely significant difference(P<0.01). High dose group of Cantharellus cibarius olysaccharide of growth inhibition rate for S180 and H22 Tumor cell was 35.72% and 32.54% respectively. At the same time, Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide, compered with S180 model group and H22 model group could significantly increase the content of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-6. From the above data, Cantharellus cibarius polysaccharide could relieve the pathological features of atrophy of the thymus and spleen enlargement caused by tumour, improve the content of four kinds of cytokines in serum, and modulate the immune function and inhibit tumor.
