Objective:1. To further study the distribution of HBV genotype and subgenotype in Shanxi province.2. To explore the relationship between the different HBV subtypes and subgenotype with IL- 10 and IL- 17 levels, further clarify Chronic hepatitis B patients with disease progression of immunological mechanisms provide clues, as well as clinical setting indiidualized treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Random selection 377 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B in March 2015-September 2015 visits in shanxi medical university the first hospital,(serum HBVDNA are all positive), excluding overlapping armour hepatitis C virus infection, Alcoholic hepatitis, eliminate diseases such as autoimmune disease,diabetes and so on. Disease diagnosis in 2010《The diagnosis of chronic hepatitis b prevention》 guide standards.Detailed record the list of clinical indicators, and in the list under the premise of informed consent to return the 2 ml peripheral venous blood on an empty stomach, at-70 after centrifugal refrigerator for inspection use OMEGA company DNA extraction kit,in strict accordance with the manual steps to extract patients serum HBVDNA, reoccupy nest’s PCR method under appropriate reaction conditions subtype detection of HBV genotypes and using Japan imported full automatic biochemical analyzer to determine the list of ALT, AST, TBIL, with ELISA method to detect patients serum IL- 10 and the content of IL- 17.Analysis the relationship between the different HBV subtypes and subgenotype with IL- 10, IL- 17 levels, clinical features.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. P < 0.05 statistically significant.Results:1.The test results of 377 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV genotypes and subgenotypesCheck out this study C 323 cases, with 321 cases C2 subtype(85.1%), C1 subtypes in2 cases(0.5%); Type B 41 cases(10.9%), are all B2 subtype; BC hybrid 12 cases(3.2%);Type D in 1 case(0.3%), subtype genotype was not founded.2.The relationship between 374 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV genotypes with clinical featuresC1 type and D type of HBV infection less sample size, the remaining 374 cases C2subtype、B2 subtype and BC hybrid HBV infection of the age and gender ALT 、AST 、TBIL no statistically significant difference were observed in the index, P > 0.05)3.The differences between 374 different HBV genotypes with the levels of IL- 10 and IL- 17B2 subtype 、C2 subtype and BC hybrid HBV infection the levels of IL- 17 no statistically significant.B2 subtype and C2 subtype HBV infected IL- 10 level differences have statistical significance, F = 3.961, P < 0.05. The difference between B2 subtype and BC hybrid, C2 subtypes and BC hybrid, IL- 10 level difference is not significant, P > 0.05.Conclusion:1.This study of 377 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV genotypes subtype detection, 321 cases of type C2(85.1%).2. C2 subtype level of IL- 10 above B2 subtypes,but the lever of IL-17 is not different.
