The Expression And Significance Of MiRNA-199a And MMP-9 In Endometriosis Patients

Objective:1.Through the study of miRNA-199 a in EMT eutopic endometrium, the expression level of the control group ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium explore miRNA-199 a and EMT occurrence whether there is a correlation.2.MMP-9 by studying patients in eutopic EMT, ectopic endometrium and the expression level of the control group of normal endometrium, investigate MMP-9 and EMT occurrence whether there is a correlation.3. Analysis of EMT patients miRNA-199 a and MMP-9 interaction. Methods:1.The use of the expression level of real-time quantitative PCR to detect cases and the control group, the correlation analysis of its occurrence and EMT.2.The use of the expression levels of ELISA test case group and the control group MMP-9, and analyze the correlation between its occurrence and EMT.3.Comparative EMT lesions in patients with miRNA-199 a and MMP-9 expression levels of relationships. Results:1.MiRNA-199 a expression in EMT eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium were lower than normal endometrium, and was the lowest in EMs patients with ectopic endometrium.2.MMP-9 expression in EMT eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium were higher than normal endometrium, and the highest expression in EMT ectopic endometrium;3.In EMT patients with miRNA-199 a with increasing levels of MMP-9 expression is reduced. conclusions:1.MiRNA-199 a and EMT occurs there is a correlation, mi RNA-199 a may activate NF-κB regulation channels inhibited and decreased the incidence of EMT,and MMP-9 may activate the expression of NF-κB signaling pathway increases the EMT risk.2.miRNA-199 a and MMP-9 have a common mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of EMT patients, namely NF-κB pathway information letter expressed both in the EMT patients was negatively correlated mutual inhibition,perhaps clinically the combination of the two used in the diagnosis and treatment.
