| Background:Ovarian clear cell carcinoma(OCCC) in ovarian cancer which is recognized as a special type of poor prognosis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC). The means of diagnosis and treatment still reference for ovarian epithelial tumors. Because OCCC low incidence, diagnosis and treatment of this disease is currently still has no unified guidance. Based on extensive literature review, and combined with 13 cases analysis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma, the clinical characteristics of ovarian clear cell carcinoma and make a diagnosis and give treatment carries on the preliminary discussion. Objective:Through 13 cases of ovarian clear cell carcinoma were retrospectively study. Combined with the literature reported preliminary discussion on the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Methods:The First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University in recent 10 years of department of gynecology treated 13 patients with OCCC were retrospectively studied. The patient’s medical records and telephone follow-up of patients’ prognosis and survival. And all the indexes in patients with unified arrangement analysis and at least 2009 to 2015 related literature which at home and abroad. Results:In 13 patients with OCCC, onset age between 41-67 years old, the average age was 54.3±7.5 years old. There are 11 patients because of abdominal distension or compression symptoms caused by abdominal mass. 8 patients with preoperative CA125>40 U/m L. 6 cases patients in the whole uterus, bilateral adnexectomy+ greater omentum resection + lymph nodes were performed pelvic and abdominal aorta. Discovered 11 case on one side of the ovarian tumor, and found a tumor diameter >8 cm in 10 cases. All 13 patients receied carboplatin plus paclitaxel chemotherapy(TC) scheme, there are 5 cases accepted 6 courses of chemotherapy, there are 5 cases underwent five courses of chemotherapy(1 case was lost to follow-up), there are 3 cases underwent three courses of chemotherapy, and there was 1 case died. Conclusion:Ovarian clear cell carcinoma of the early clinical symptoms are present, more than for abdominal pain and bloating, and abdominal compression symptoms. Early outpatient rate is high. The treatment of OCCC is still reference EOC treatment. With surgical treatment is given priority to, accept the full course of chemotherapy after surgery. The prognosis of patients with but still exists obvious difference, is also the need for multicenter, large sample of patients with clinical studies to find OCCC effective treatment plan. |
