Objective: To investigate the correlation of hepatitis C virus genotype with response to anti-HCV,safety profiles and glycolipid iron metabolism in CHC patients with interleukin 28 B polymorphisms rs12979860 C/C genotype. Methods: Prospectively observe 38 patients with CHC visits from Lanzhou university first hospital from March 2011 to September 2015,who received the treatment of pegylated interferon and ribavirin for 48 weeks and were followed for 4.5years. IL28 B SNP rs12979860 of all patients are C / C genotype. Anlysis gender,HCV-RNA replication level, genotype, blood, liver function, blood glucose levels, lipid levels, SI, TRF, SF, TIBC, etc. Using software SPSS 22.0 for data.Result:In CHC patients with IL28 B SNP rs12979860 C / C type :1. Two groups of Genetype 1b, 2a, there is no significant difference between men and women.2. the HCV- RNA replication intermediate levels are the most common in different genotypes. And there is no significant difference between the two genotypes RNA baseline levels.3. there is no significant differences in baseline biochemical indexes(ALT, GGT,bilirubin) between genetype 1b and genetype 2a. After anti-HCV therapy, the level of ALT, AST, TBIL decreased significantly. However there is no significant difference in biochemical indexes(ALT, GGT, bilirubin) between the two genotypes.4. There is no significant difference in baseline insulin, GLU, TC, TG, LDL,HDL, SI, TRF, SF and TIBC between the two genotypes. After anti-HCV treatment, the level of TC, TG, HDL decreased significantly(in-group P <0.05). There is no significant change in GLU, LDL(P value within the group were> 0.05). Howeverthere is no significant difference in GLU, TC, TG, LDL, HDL between the two genotypes(P > 0.05).5.SVR rate was 73.33% and 95.65% in genotype 1b and genotype 2a.There is no significant difference in SVR rates between two genotypes.6.During anti-HCV therapy, there is no significant difference in side-effect between two groups(P > 0.05).Adverse reactions had gradually disappeared after treatment. WBC, PLT, neutropenia in both groups decreased(in-group P <0.05).At the end of anti-viral therapy they resumed. There is no significant difference in the level decrease of GLU, TC, TG, LDL, HDL between the two genotypes(P > 0.05).Conclusion:In CHC patients with IL28 B SNP rs12979860 C / C type :There is no significant difference in sex, baseline RNA level, baseline levels of liver function, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, iron metabolism, SVR rate between genetype1 b and genetype 2a. Antiviral therapy can improve liver function, blood lipid levels. But there is no significant difference between the two genotypes. The long-term safety of IFN-based antivial therapy is good, and there is no significant difference between the two genotypes.
