Objective To research the relationship of changes between blood lipoprotein with time-domain criteria and average heart rate, and to investigate the effect of blood lipids on autonomic nervous function.Method 120 individuals from the medical center and inpatient department of Qinghai People’s Hospital were recruited between January 2014 to August 2015. there were 48 individuals in normal group and 72 individuals in dyslipidemia group. All research subjects were monitored by dynamic electrocardiogram, echocardiography and biochemical all items. Results compared with the normal group, the time domain index and heart beat were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions Lipid abnormalities did not cause significant changes in time domain indexes and heart rate.
