Objective:This study aims to research the Relationship between the molecular classification of breast cancer and axillary lymph nodes in Qinghai province, it can help us to develop the local characteristics of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment plan.Methods:collect the patients information with breast cancer during two years( June,2013 to June,2015)in our hospital,a total of 447 cases. cases will be collected according to the molecular classification of breast cancer cases,tumor diameterand,the age, whether lymph node positive,and analysis the data.compare the axillary lymph node metastasis rate.and do Multiple factors analysis.Results:The axillary lymph node metastasis rate of Her- 2 expression type(58.1%)and Luminal B2 type(58.1%)are the highest, followed by Luminal B1(47.6 %) type and Basal like type(47.6%), the lowest was Luminal A type(34.2%), the different molecular subtype has the different metastasis rate of axillary lymph node(P<0.05);regression analysis says that tumor diameter is a independent factors influencing on the axillary lymph node metastasis.Conclusion: the molecular classification associated with axillary lymph node metastasis.but not the independent factors influencing on the axillary lymph node metastasis.
