Objective: Analyzed the clinical data of patients with cholecystotomy who suffered from type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in Xining area, and realized the influencing factors of surgical incision healing in patients with T2 DM.Method: Analyzed the clinical data of 167 patients with cholecystotomy who suffered from type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) from January 2010 to December 2015 in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital. All of the cases will be divided two groups, according to the standard of operative incision healing. The patients who’s operative incision healing well and no adverse reaction was A group. There’s some inflammation at incision was B group. Collected the indicators of general information, blood glucose(BG) of pre-andpost-operation, the level of Hb A1 c,length of stay in hospital, whether or not have hypertension, then process statistical analysis.Result:1. Blood glucose(BG) of pre-andpost-operation, the level of HbA1 c, course of T2 DM and length of stay in hospital of group A were lower than group B;2.The logistic regression analysis shows that course of T2 DM, BG of pre-andpost-operation, whether or not have hypertension were risk factors of extended the days of healing, BG of post-operation and whether or not have hypertension are the highest risk among them.3.The Multiple Linear Regression hint that BG of post-operation and age impact length of stay in hospital of group A, course of T2 DM and control of blood pressure impact group B.Conclusion:1.Adjust the level of blood glucose pre-and post-operation, improve control of blood pressure were important measures to promote incision healing and shorten the hospitalization days.2. Pay attention to the influence of chronic complications to incision healing for patients whose older and have long course of T2 DM.
