In recent years, thrombotic disease seriously affects human health, thrombin involved in blood clotting process and play an important role, for research and development of the function of thrombin and thrombin inhibitor has become a hotspot in the field of drug synthesis.There is a variety of active products in the sea, these natural products derived from Marine show unique chemistry structure characteristic and encouraging pharmacological activities, Natural products from marine provide a new way of thinking for the discovery of important drug precursors and exploring new biological mechanisms.Studies have found that natural activity of anti clotting substances widely exist in marine organisms, can effectively inhibit the formation of thrombosis in vivo,improve thrombosis.In this paper, we modified the isopropoxy structure of HKS to other structure, and expect for higher thrombin inhibitory activity compound. In order to obtain a new synthetic route, the shortcoming of existing process change, hope the synthesis of the drug in the treatment of thrombotic diseases offers a new research direction for the researchers.
