Acupuncture is a traditional medicine in our country, and the effectiveness of acupuncture has been fully confirmed. But traditional acupuncture is a kind of invasive treatment, and LED light acupuncture is one of ideal equivalent traditional acupuncture methods. In this paper, we used LED light instead of traditional acupuncture, and analyzed the effect of LED light acupuncture on EEG signals.First of all, in order to explore the effect of LED light acupuncture on EEG signals, we designed the LED light acupuncture device. The device can control the power, frequency, duty ratio and irradiation time of LED, which is prepared for the subsequent experimental data acquisition.Secondly, we collected EEG signals from 10 volunteers evoked by five kinds of wavelength LED acupuncture at Zusanli, and analyzed six brain rhythms of EEG signals. The following methods were used to analyze the effect of LED light acupuncture on EEG signals: for one thing,we extracted characteristic values of EEG signals by power spectrum analysis, Lempel-Ziv complexity, detrended fluctuation analysis methods, and compared the changes of EEG signal characteristic values under different conditions by single factor variance; for another, we constructed the brain function network by synchronous likelihood method, and clustering coefficient and the degree of network were extracted to analyse the changes of brain functional network under different conditions.Finally, we designed a special data processing tool based on MATLAB platform to make data processing more intuitive and convenient.
