Objective:To detect Ezrin expression level through, E-cadherin and CD44v6 in colon adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma of colon tissue and mesenteric lymph nodes, to explore the relationship between Ezrin, E-cadherin and CD44v6 and colon cancer development and mesenteric lymph node metastasis. Provide reasonable treatment of malignant tumor specific strategies for clinical work, as a tumor metastasis and prognosis of malignant tumor cell markers to evaluate the objective clinical guidance of disease prevention and treatment work. Methods:Randomly from 2010 January-2014 year in June 88 cases of pathology Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital surgical resection and all by two experienced pathologists examination confirmed the diagnosis of colon adenocarcinoma specimens. There were 30 female and 58 male patients, age range 39-72 years, median age was 55.6years old. Adjuvant therapy for all patients should be relatively before surgery did not accept the immune therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other related. 88 patients with adenocarcinoma of the colon tissues samples were obtained from 88 patients with surgical resection and all checked by the pathologists confirmed for specimens from patients with colon adenocarcinoma from colon adenocarcinoma margin of2.0cm, by two experienced pathologists examination confirmed the diagnosis of colon cancer adjacent atypical hyperplasia. Immunohistochemical method the expression of Ezrin, E-cadherin and CD44v6 detection of colonic adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma of colon tissues, analysis and Discussion on Ezrin, E-cadherin and CD44v6 role in the occurrence and development of colon adenocarcinoma, and further analysis and discussion of its relationship with adenocarcinoma of colon mesenteric lymph node metastasis.Results:1. in the colon adenocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma of the colon in the tissue adjacent to Ezrin, E-cadherin and CD44v6 expression:In the colon adenocarcinoma group Ezrin showed high expression in 58 cases,30 cases appeared low expression, the high expression rate of 65.9%, in colon cancer adjacent tissues in the group of Ezrin high expression in 8 cases, 80 cases low expression, the high expression rate of 9%. Therefore, the high expression in colon adenocarcinoma group in the Ezrin rate was significantly higher in colonic adenocarcinoma tissues group high expression rate of Ezrin(P<0.05).In the colon adenocarcinoma group CD44v6 showed high expression in 64 cases, 24 cases appeared low expression, the high expression rate of 72.7%, in colon cancer adjacent tissues in the group of CD44v6 high expression in 23 cases, 65 cases low expression, the high expression rate of 26.1%. Therefore, the high expression in colon adenocarcinoma group in the CD44v6 rate was significantly higher in colonic adenocarcinoma tissues group high expression rate of CD44v6(P<0.05).In the colon adenocarcinoma group E-cadherin showed high expression in 39 cases, 49 cases appeared low expression, the high expression rate of 44.3%, in colon cancer adjacent tissues in the group of E-cadherin high expression in 61 cases, 27 cases low expression, the high expression rate of 69.3%. Therefore, the high expression in colon adenocarcinoma tissues of group E-cadherin was obviously higher than that of in colon adenocarcinoma group high expression rate of E-cadherin(P<0.05).2. Ezrin in colon adenocarcinoma tissues in the group of E-cadherin and CD44v6 expression and mesenteric lymph node metastasisIn the colon adenocarcinoma metastasis group group, the high expression rate of Ezrin in mesenteric lymph nodes(37/44, 84.1%) higher than that without metastasis group high expression rate of Ezrin in mesenteric lymph nodes(21/44,47.7%). The two groups had statistical significance the difference(P<0.05).In the colon adenocarcinoma metastasis group group, the high expression rate of CD44v6 in mesenteric lymph nodes(39/44, 88.6%) was significantly higher than that in non metastasis group also appeared high expression rate of CD44v6 in mesenteric lymph nodes(25/44, 56.8%). The two groups had statistical significance the difference(P<0.05).In the colon adenocarcinoma tissues, high expression of mesenteric lymph node metastasis group E-cadherin rate was 27.3%(12/44), does not appear in mesenteric lymph node metastasis group and high expression rate of E-cadherin was61.4%(27/44), both were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In colon cancer development and mesenteric lymph node metastasis in Ezrin,E-cadherin and CD44v6 are closely related, is expected in the clinical work become the research mechanism in colon adenocarcinoma tissue cells, development, invasion, metastasis occurred in the further demonstration role, as a tumor marker of metastasis and prognosis of malignant tumor cells objective evaluation, to guide the future clinical prevention and treatment work. Provide reasonable treatment of malignant tumor specific strategies for clinical work, and has been widely applied.
