Combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome is a common clinical syndrome which has the characteristics of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. This disease is often recurrent and difficult to cure. Currently western medicine is still lack of effective treatment, while traditional Chinese medicine is based on overall concept, and use the treatment From the perspective of diagnosis, often obtain good effect. However, the pathogenesis of this disease is complex, the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease is still unclear, and modeling method of animal experiments cannot be recognized by public, so the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine for the disease is difficult to clarify. My teacher Dr Shi studies on the pathogenesis of this disease、creates a unique treatment method called"Yi Qi Qu Feng^ Xuan Bi Hua Yin"and a empirical formula which is based on his clinical experience. My team has found this formula can block the signaling pathways of bronchial asthma, limited a variety of inflammatory mediators in previous studies. In order to explore the treatment deeply, we conduct the study particularly. The paper consists of three parts:The first is the theoretical part of the study, mainly on CARAS understanding of Chinese and Western medicine, the study of the composition and pharmacological progress of this formula, traditional Chinese and Western understanding of this pathway; the second part is the experimental study: first experiment is to explore the creation the model of this disease by guinea pigs, including the introduction of the relevant literature, specific ideas and steps of modeling, detecting IL-5, IL-13 levels and detecting the change of nasal and lung tissue morphology. The second experiment is to study if this formula can anti-inflammatory asthma. The main contents are:(1) check the level of IL-5, IL-13 in serum about each group; (2) check the level of IL-5, IL-13 in lung tissue of grout about each group; (3) check the level of TLR9、ERK1/2 in lung tissue of grout about each group; (4) Make a comparison of nasal and lung tissue pathological between the groups. The third part is discussion:including the thinking and evaluation of this model, the evaluation of the curative effect about this formula and review some problems of this experiment and prospects for ongoing research prospects. Yiqi Qufeng, Xuan Bi Yin decoction can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in serum and lung tissue of guinea pigs, down-regulation of ERK1/2 expression level, reduce the infiltration of inflammatory cells in nasal mucosa and lung tissue and its efficacy or can be comparable to that of dexamethasone.Conclusion:1, the method of making model successfully reproduced Caras model in guinea pigs. The results have certain research significance; 2, through animal experiments confirmed the tutor formula has good anti-inflammatory and anti asthmatic effect and therapeutic action of certain dose effect relationship; 3.
